The Classic

Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 bay leaf, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix all dried ingredient together and set aside. You can store it for next time at this step.
  2. Add garlic, soy sauce and olive oil to mixture and rub on the meat.
  3. Cook as you like.

    Indian Spiced

     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
    • ¾ teaspoon cumin
    • 2 tablespoon curry powder

    BBQ style

     

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seed
    • 1 tablespoon cumin
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
    • 1 tablespoon rosemary
    • 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
