Grass Fed Lamb, Pasture Raised Pork, and Sustainably Grown Produce 

Established in 2016 on 75 acres, we are slowly transforming the landscape, restoring pasture, growing gardens, planting trees to provide food and shelter for our animals, and leaving habitat throughout the land for the benefit of wildlife.

Using rotational grazing we imitate the natural cycles of an ecosystem, allowing us to produce nutrient dense, delicious food, while regenerating the environment.
